Hello Dentol,
Thank you for your help and quick response. I followed the instructions from the note, and did it exactly like it was stated in the note. Initially I did not use the files from that "Actual Dongle" folder and kept getting that missing dongle response. I even did a couple restorations. So i tested with the "Actual Dongle" and it does work with that dongle except that it does not include all the different apps.
