I removed the files and restarted the PC and now is working, but when i try to put the key (copy and paste), the screen freeze and don't let me paste the code, just force close
Tried 3 times more. Even updating to the last version (2024 release) I was using one from 2023 on December and still no working. The thing is create a perfect key and everything is working good, but when I want to paste the key, the software just get frozen and don't let me do anything...

Sorry for that. I just try all the files and different versions... And I didn't want to start putting photos almost on blank, because is what it is, the request license key and just the "Admin" user, but the key input box empty because got freeze

Maybe is Windows 11 incompatibility?

Really sorry if you take it like annoying. I just wanted to get a advice, because I tried everything I thought possible to fix, delete everything, install the newest version, no WI-FI, with Wi-Fi...
