can you help me with that error, system is windows 11 updated.
I was doing installation due to readme instruction and got this error.

Hello, I was wondering if someone can help me. I completely restore my computer prior to installing. But after installing of the 3shape software I get this error where it is saying that it is no longer detecting the dongle. Did i miss a step? Please help.. thank you for your support.
