Hello Dentol,
Thank you for your help and quick response. I followed the instructions from the note, and did it exactly like it was stated in the note. Initially I did not use the files from that "Actual Dongle" folder and kept getting that missing dongle response. I even did a couple restorations. So i tested with the "Actual Dongle" and it does work with that dongle except that it does not include all the different apps.

I also get the same error where it did not find that two files. I've tried on Windows 10 Home as well and also tried it on the recommended Windows 10 x64 LTSC 1809 version. I looked at the Task Manager and the 3Shape Dongle Server Service (32-bit) does not show up as well. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you.
